Our focus is to provide asset-based and structured finance solutions to a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to, the manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling and service industries. We primarily serve middle market companies with revolving credit and term loan facilities.

We provide flexible credit facilities to partner with companies having revenues ranging from $25 million to over $1 billion that supports on going working capital needs, provides acquisition financing, recapitalizations and corporate restructuring, or expansion into new products and markets. Typical transaction size is $10 million to $50 million or more.
